Hi there! 

My name is Stefanie and my fitness background stems from my degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from CSUSB.  I hold certifications from ACE for personal training, the CHEK Institute for Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (L2), NASM for Corrective Exercise and Exercise ETC. for Senior Strength & Conditioning.  I have over 10 years of experience working with clients one-on-one, specializing in men and women’s weight loss, senior fitness, nutrition, athletic strength/conditioning and lifestyle/functional training.  My personal training programs are designed based on each client’s unique goals.  I approach each training opportunity with the understanding that no one person is the same and training programs should not be a one size fits all approach. 

Life is about longevity and vitality, never short-term or temporary results like dropping some quick pounds for summer.  A measure of success isn't focused around the scale, instead it is how we think and feel about ourselves, what we feed our bodies, how much energy we have, and being able to have a cheat meal without feeling the guilt.  Small, purposeful and consistent actions are the foundation to living a high-performance life.  

My mission is to help clients fulfill their potential and conquer their goals.  It is never too late to make change, get into motion, take control, be confident and most of all, happy.  You only get this one body, so let’s treat it with the upmost love and respect!
